CBD Clones Overview

Clone Connect does not sell marijuana. All marijuana related content is for informational and educational purposes only and intended to help our users understand the difference between marijuana and hemp.

(This page is for CBD from marijuana plants. Those looking to grow hemp please visit our CBD hemp clones page).

Looking to make CBD oil and other CBD products? You’ve got two options. One is to grow industrial hemp.  The other is grow marijuana plants that are high in cannabidiol with little THC. There is no such thing as “growing a CBD plant,” but it’s natural for people to call them “CBD clones” when your in the market to buy clones that are high in CBD and low in THC.

Despite CBD being legal in all 50 states, that does not mean that it can be grown in every state.  Both hemp and marijuana are from the cannabis family, but laws regarding the cultivation vary depending on which plant you grow, even if they produce relatively the same product. Consider researching the cannabis laws within your state.

One other work around: if medicinal use of marijuana is legal in your state and you hold a valid medical marijuana identification card, you may be able to grow up to a certain amount of plants.
